These GTC apply to sales transactions concluded by the hotelier with non-travel professionals. They apply without restriction or reservation to any purchase of hotel room reservation services and ancillary services offered by the hotel to consumers and non-professional customers on the hotel’s website. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those applicable for other marketing channels of the services.
It is brought to the customer’s attention that the hotel concludes partnership agreements with third-party travel providers in order to allow them, using the services offered by these partners on their website, to search, select and book rooms in the hotel. Any reservation of hotel rooms made under these conditions implies consultation and full, unreserved acceptance by the customer of the special conditions of the service provider, the conditions of sale of the reserved rate and these general conditions of sale. The customer declares having obtained from the hotel all the necessary information available on the website.
These general terms and conditions of sale are accessible at any time on the hotel’s website and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document. The customer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to sign a contract and that they are neither under guardianship nor under curatorship. The customer declares that they are booking hotel rooms and possibly ancillary services for their personal needs. The reservation request entails adherence to these conditions of sale and full, unreserved acceptance of their provisions.
Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. Additional services or extras provided by the hotelier during the stay will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation when invoicing.
Rates are indicated before and at the time of the reservation made by the customer. They are per room for the selected number of people and date.
Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable and prevents either the customer or the hotelier from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This is particularly the case in the event of a strike, riot, insurrection or prohibitions issued by governmental or public authorities. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the performance of the parties’ reciprocal obligations and that each party therefore bears the resulting costs.
Any complaint must be made to the hotelier within 8 days from the end date of the stay. Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms of booking the hotel room is subject to French law.
The customer may take possession of the room from 4:00 p.m. and must vacate it by 10:30 a.m.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Access for outside visitors is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the hotel management.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous reservation.
Each reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party.
As the hotel is a completely non-smoking area, except on terraces and in the outdoor area, the customer will be held responsible for direct and indirect damages resulting from smoking in the hotel. They will therefore be liable for the full amount of the cleaning costs and restoration of the damaged element or space to its original condition.
We ask our guests to respect the premises, the layout, the decoration and furniture of their room, as well as the common areas.
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room in good faith. Any behaviour contrary to morality and public order will lead the hotel to ask the customer to leave the establishment without compensation and without refund if payment has already been made. If no payment has yet been made, the customer must pay for the nights consumed before leaving the establishment.
