These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions for booking, payment, cancellation and stays at Hôtel Résidence A Torra. We invite you to read them carefully before making any reservation.

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to contracts concluded between Hôtel Résidence A Torra and private customers. They govern the booking of apartments and additional services offered on the establishment’s official website. They prevail over any other conditions applicable through other sales channels.

Booking

Hôtel Résidence A Torra may work with online booking platforms. Any reservation made through these platforms implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the specific conditions of the relevant partner.

The customer acknowledges having read all necessary information before booking and makes the reservation exclusively for personal purposes.

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Rates

Prices are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes. They correspond only to the services indicated at the time of booking. Any additional services used during the stay will be charged separately.

Rates vary depending on the dates of stay, the type of accommodation selected and the number of guests.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, riots, administrative decisions, pandemics or any other unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties), the obligations of the parties shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

Complaints and applicable law

Any complaint must be sent to Hôtel Résidence A Torra within a maximum period of 8 days after the end of the stay. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 3:30 PM. Check-out must be completed before 10:30 AM.

Pets

Pets are not allowed within the property.

Visitors

External visitors are not allowed access to the apartments unless prior authorization has been granted by management.

Refusal of booking

Hôtel Résidence A Torra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the event of a dispute with the customer concerning a previous stay.

Named booking

Each booking is personal, made under the guest’s name and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Cancellation of a flexible rate booking

• From January 1st to April 30th and from October 15th to December 31st: any cancellation made more than 3 days before arrival is fully refunded. From 3 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• From May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to October 14th: any cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival is fully refunded. From 15 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• From July 1st to August 31st: any cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival is fully refunded. From 60 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Non-smoking property

The entire property is non-smoking, except for terraces and outdoor areas. Any violation may result in charges for cleaning, restoration and any damage found.

Respect of the property

Guests must respect the premises, equipment, furniture, decoration and common areas throughout their stay.

Guest behaviour

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and to respect its internal regulations. Any behaviour contrary to the peace and comfort of other guests or to public order may result in immediate removal from the property, without refund of amounts already paid.
